Thank you! πŸ™‚ At first I didn’t want to use a “girly” color, since it IS our wedding, not just mine. But, alas, I felt that this color scheme just worked & felt right πŸ™‚ groomsmen will have white bouts and be in all gray/white. Fiance will have a pink tie & vest (white bout also). I don’t want to overdo the pink on the guys πŸ˜› haha.

@pengoala: Never noticed the pink before. I read your post from the bottom and thought hmm I recognise this wedding.

@linnylou_88: Very pretty, I always think lace goes so well with a soft pink.

@asscherlover: Love your colours, it’s going to look great. Similar to what I had – I had red and aqua. I remember seeing your dress and loving the rouching. Not far to wait now?

@CatyLady:  2 weeks! I’m super excited but I’m starting to get nervous because some major details (like the honeymoon lol!) aren’t quite set in stone yet. But I’m still fairly relaxed and I think its going to come together. I just updated my board (with my shoes, bridesmaid clutches, the centerpieces and a few other details) and I can picture things a lot better than I could a year ago.

@CatyLady:  Its going to take me some time to get recaps together. Work is going to be crazy when I get back from my honeymoon because no one is doing my job while I’m gone :/

@mrsbordoni:  I’m still cutting the paper for table numbers (which will be given to the calligrapher tomorrow). I’m getting my earrings changed to screwbacks (tomorrow). We haven’t figured out the honeymoon at all. Or where we are staying before/after the wedding. Or where our dog is staying before/during the wedding. And we haven’t picked a lot of the reception songs (mother-son dance, father-daughter dance ect. we told the DJ to pick).

Oh and my latest dilemma is my hair. I have no clue what I’m doing to it, but I have booked an appointment.

Did I mention we’re moving a week after the wedding? And Fiance starts his job the day after our honeymoon ends? August is a crazy month this year.

@MrsZynxy:  Yeah we did!  I’m a piano teacher for a living, and DH used to be drum major, once upon a time.  So having an “orchestral reception” only seemed appropriate to us. πŸ™‚  The room was in a semi circle, and each table was an instrument.  And the head table?  “The Conductors”.  Hahaha…so nerdy. πŸ™‚

@pengoala:  Ahh I love it!! I teach voice and piano and was in marching band and all that extracurricular stuff in high school. Unfortunately my SO is not musical, but if I suggested that idea he would definitely go along with it! Would you mind if I kind of stole it? πŸ™‚
