This was the board that inspired my GLITTER theme in pale gold, rose gold, champagne and blush color story.

@val_toro:  I don’t have any choice for the chairs. Tables and chairs come free with the venue and they are black. I can rent tablecolths from the venue for $5 per tablecloth, but only in black or white. I would have to go through a rental company for a different color…this cost would definately be more than $5 each. So I would rather keep it at $5 per tablecloth. I agree with you that the white will bring out the plum but I’m still hestitant because of my ivory dress and ivory being the major color in the bouquets (and these will sit on the head table after the ceremony). In fact my original color wasn’t ivory, it was white until I purchased my dress in ivory. ๐Ÿ™‚ But thanks for your advice. I think I am over thinking it actually. Lol!

@val_toro:  color scheme and that her colors are the same as mine makes me feel better about the white and ivory together. Her wedding was beautiful. I understand her viewpoint…the white makes the plum pop and would brighten up the look. I think the black might make things look too dark. Still confused lol.

We had a carnival/circus. Our main colors were cobalt and turquoise with red and yellow accents.

Ooh, I love the black and blush above.

OP, ooh our weddings are the same day. Don’t have many pictures yet and this isn’t my bouquet but it very similar flowers to the ones I’ll be having.  Mine is orange ivory and red.

@mrsbordoni:  Yay to purple, but i think you got me confused with Slc201329 ๐Ÿ™‚

@slc201329:  Don’t overthink things, it will drive you crazy lol. White/ivory will be fine. like you said, the plum will pop because of the white, but the white will also pop because of the dark plum. It works both ways and the colors will look amazing, especially with the grey in it.
