@BackyardLoveBird: I love it! So pretty and blues very traditional; where did you get it?

I love these dresses, I’m considering them but I think my family would be shocked!

@ Sand and Sea — both dresses are beautiful… I’m more of a traditional bride but I really do love your choices.  They are different but yet still really bridal.  Now you have me intrigued to see what other ideas you will have for the BM’s.

@ backyard…. I love the hint of lgt blue shown through the lace.  really elegant.

@hottiesangel629: I’m constantly back and forth with bridesmaids options. I’m pretty traditional too, I’ve been surprising myself lately, being so out of the box. But it’s fun to play with all the options until you make that final decision!

I love colored wedding dresses- not having one is my biggest regret. I bent to my mother’s will.

I originally choose a dk. red dress, but when my dad became sick I switched to a traditional ivory dress.  It will make him happy, and I really love the new dress, too.   I will keep my non-traditional side with using jet black accessories.  It gave a really vintage feel to the whole ensemble.

I wish I were brave enough and not so stuck on tradition to wear a colored dress! Those are gorgeous!

@micahg: Ooooh, that would be fun to have a blue veil ๐Ÿ™‚ Sadly, I think it’s the carpet coming through. It’s ivory, here’s the view from the back
