I ordered a damask one, and a circle one off party city. I was going to make my own but I couldn’t beat the $3.99 pricetag.

EDIT : I also got some props & things from party city as well.

We had a bunting and lots of funny props. I wanted to make a grand backdrop but ended up giving up on the idea, so just used the bunting I had made previously. I was worried but resulting photos were awesome and I now think it didn’t matter if we even had a bunting or not. The props (all cheap toys) made the photos so funny and great. The props included 2 pairs of heart shaped sunglasses, a huge sparkly bow tie, and rabbit ears.

i bought a photographers 10 x 10 backdrop and stand.  i designed some logos, had a printer put those logos on stickers and then put them on the backdrop.

everyone got their picture taken infront of it on their way in, just like on the red carpet.  those pictures were printed during cocktail hour and then used for their escort card for their tables.

We didn’t use a backdrop as our wedding was outdoors and absolutely stunning gardens so we just provided photo props and had someone take pics and people could use thier own camera to do the same.

Something I considered and came across though was if you had extra invitations or Save the dates you can make a back drop with those

@Sunnybrook:  thank you.  we had the guests’ pictures taken on their way into the ceremony (everything was done at one location).  after the ceremony we had a cocktail hour from 6.30 – 8.00.  my sister had them all printed within 30 minutes and had them all set up on the escort table well before dinner started.  she actually got to enjoy most of the cocktail hour as well.
