I just took this tonight at Portillos! (Hot dog place, Chicago) I think the neon lights in the restaurant made my ring look so pretty!

Mrs.Fay:  gorgeous!

This is my ring at Target! I love the way it looks at Starbucks and in the hallway at my work, too πŸ™‚

I agree indirect light is the best for capturing the beauty of moissanite!

jcent:  Thank you so much! The solitaire and spacer are 14kt. The old mine cut diamond wedding band is 18kt. I like the buttery-ness of it. πŸ™‚

I’ll play πŸ˜›

This was outside in direct sunlight the day after we got engaged, it was throwing crazy flashes. The second photo was inside under fluorescent lighting at work throwing off cool colors. Honestly, for some reason the ring looks crazy beautiful under the weird fluorescent lights of the bathroom, but it seems weird to take a photo of my ring in the bathroom at work next to the hand dryers… so I haven’t done that. Lol.

Miss.Casey:  I’m pretty fair skinned so some reds are too orangy for me! This is Sally Hansen Miracle Gel (no UV light stuff) in Redgy. It’s a dark coral-y red and very pretty πŸ™‚

The polishes are a bit pricey because you have the buy the special topcoat for it (and they are $7-$10) a bottle, but in general, a bit more durable than regular polish. I sometimes don’t even use the Sally Hansel polishes and just use a regular polish w/ the Miracle Gel topcoat overtop πŸ™‚ Works like a charm.

I took this during church… I couldn’t help but love how my ring was picking up the colors of my doodle art and the stage lights. So in love with my ring!

Moissanite if fascinating in all lighting! My fave is bright light in my condo, by the grey paint on the wall. It brings out its whiteness.

Also, I liked this pic with sunset light, in my kitchen. I got my ring in January so I cannot wait to explore its properties outdoors in the spring and summer πŸ™‚
