This is our set from Kohl’s. I would eventually love to get all the serving dishes/platters, gravy set, etc.

We just registered today! It was a tough decision but we went with Vera Wang for Wedgewood in Grosgrain. It’s a lovely modern but classic pattern and it has the full range of serving dishes and a matching set of glassware and flatware. We did the glasses but not the flatware though. I think its gorgeous! We registered for ours at Macy’s.

@ Nati-Lyte

We did the 5 piece placesetting for 10 people. They recommend 10 or 12 and our setting is a bit expensive so we did 10. The everyday china that we registered for is plain white round bone china that mixes well with the Vera Wang dishes, so we figured we can mix those in if we have more than 10 people for dinner.

We also did the open vegetable bowl, a large platter, creamer, sugar, and gravy boat.

We skipped the silver and just did a really nice stainless set by Lenox (Portola)which we will use for everyday and fancy meals. The dots along the bottom go with the dots on the dishes.

For glassware, we did 10 of the iced beverage glasses and goblets in the matching pattern. We already have crystal Riedel wine glasses so we skipped those.

We registered for Lenox Silver Song.  We got all the serving dishes but only 2 place settings.  We also registered for Denby Amethyst (which we only received a bit of as well but bought everything after the wedding).

We got Noritake Abbeyville.  It has a really pretty lace pattern on the edge that is hard to see in the pictures but it is absolutely gorgeous IRL.  I just special ordered our flatware – Waterford Baron’s Court.  It’s out of stock everywhere but a local china shop ordered it for me and gave me 25% off.

I love china! We registered for Hermes Rythme Red, and got a really nice amount of it. I inheirited my grandmother’s silver, and we got some simple pretty Crate and Barrel wine glasses.

Mine is very different from all of yours; the set was passed down to me from my Grandma.  It’s Royal Albert Old Country Roses.
