I haven’t seen too many Israeli gowns on the Bee, but I love your Galia! Did you send it off for alterations yet? I have a Berta myself. laughing I wish I had other major life events to wear Israeli designers to because I love so many of them!

I agree I love Israeli designers.  The construction and detailing is just exquisite. I didn’t end up going with a Galia Lahav though I tried a few on at a trunk show and the Gia dress was my #3 pick.  Ended up going with Mira Zwillinger Mila.  I’ve been stalking the designer’s instagram ever since. I tend to like the outlier dresses of these designers (A-line vs super sexy and fitted) so I had planned on trying on some Berta but ended up not because they didn’t have any dresses in stock that matched my style.

Chiming in to say I love the Israeli designers too. I had an Inbal Dror, but seriously considered Berta and Galia Lahav.

There’s another Israeli designer who does gorgeous work, though her designs are not in the style of what has come to be expected of Israeli designers: Chana Marelus. Nonetheless, her collections are beautiful! Just an example:

Sorry for the delay – I’ve been traveling! This is the one I chose although you can see my second choice on the mannequin in the back of the first pic. It’s the deep V fitted floral. We decided the a-line was a better fit for a winter wedding and adding a cape or stole. laughing

From looking online, I love Berta and Galia dresses! I would love to try some on. What’s the price range of them? I’ve read 4K and up? How much were the dresses you all tried on?
