It’s a bit too small to see/read via the iphone pic I tried to take but inside the engagement ring band there’s a phrase that we use frequently- “Always OK” (Our first names begin with an O and a K, and it’s a sentimental inside comment)

I love these hidden and suprise details! I recently had the opportunity to add some of those surprise details to my wedding set too. Years ago my original ring was damaged while being repaired and my husband surprised me with a whole new ring which I loved. This new ring taught me that I am even more sentimental than I thought and so we went to a local jewler with all the rings and stones in hand saying we really wanted a ring that used stones from both rings and somehow looked like both rings. A tall order for sure but the jewler delivered. So now I have a ring made from the gold of all rings and from the top looks like the second ring but from the side looks more like the first. The surprise stones on each side are from the original ring and I think it is my favorite thing about my new ring.

Mine has a hidden diamond underneath on both sides. I also love that each knob has tiny diamonds on them as well.

NoItsBecky:  your ring is one of my favorites I’ve seen here. I’m just obsessed with that scrolling and the rose gold

You can’t see it from the top but the swirls on my basket are actually hearts! Love that little detail.

I really love the look of Art Deco and Edwardian rings, but I also knew that I wanted rose gold and unfortunately it wasn’t very popular during those periods. So while I don’t think the details on mine are unique (milgrain, filigree basket, wire wrap shank, etc.) I’ve never seen those glorious details in rose gold so I guess that makes it more unique 🙃
