My pink hydrangea, rose, and peony bouquet.  i loved it. My bridesmaids also had pink hydrangeas.

My florist said hydrangea bouts were not a good idea since they would wily quickly if you pull apart the heads of the flower.  I took their word for it.  Something to consider and askyourflorist about.

@MrsPaulsBabyBallerina:  My florist just said the same thing to me today! He said that hydrangeas are ok in centerpieces because of the water well they create but will die and wilt very quickly in a bouquet. Better to be safe than sorry when spending all kinds of money on flowers.. I’d rather not waste the money!

@rachash221:  My bouquet and the bridesmaids ones didn’t wilt at all.  My wedding was outside in July and they looked great at the end of the night.

Oh I wanted hydrangea in my bouquet so bad but my florist wouldn’t do it. Well – she would have, but she said that there was a strong chance it would wilt and she didn’t want me to be dissapointed. So we went with peonies instead. And we compromised and she put them in my centrepeices.

Beautiful bouquets, ladies! I love them!
