My fiance got my ring from moissaniteco and while I love the ring the customer service experience, according to him, left something to be desired.

The ring is called Winifred. 1ct equivalent unenhanced moissanite in 14k white gold. We got the ring in a size 8 but I should’ve gone with a 7.5 because she has a tendency to spin a bit, especially when it’s cold.

Thanks! I love old, antique looking jewelry and I fell in love with the Winifred style ages ago before the fiance and I had even talked about getting married. Moissaniteco’s Agatha style was my second favorite. I made the fiance choose since I couldn’t and I could not be happier with my choice. My ring is lovely, it’s a good weight so it doesn’t feel cheap, and the stone size, while bigger than anything I ever expected to have, is an excellent size for my finger. Here’s a photo of the setting from the side.

@blondieblue92:  Thanks! No, the ring was designed by my local jeweller. I ordered the centre stone as a loose stone from MoissaniteCo. It’s a 0.50 FB. The rest of the stones are D-E coloured diamonds. My ring size is 6, ring is a 6.5.

@nambi_pambi:  I actually have a problem with it and have decided to take it to a local jewler to fix it rather than having to deal with Moissaniteco trying to fix it. The stones on the halo by where the prongs are aren’t placed very well at all. They hang almost all the way off the halo and it’s driving me insane. Moissaniteco will take two and a half weeks to MAYBE fix it. My local jewler will do it for $75 but it voids the Moissaniteco warranty, which I don’t mind doing seeing as it only covers the jewelry and not the stones in it.
