    that was one of the dresses i was in love with before finding my final dress. i think though it’s more of a baby doll- empire type of dress. i totally love the lace that falls over the satin.

    @curlywurly88:  That’s the plan 🙂 I think I might have 2 sashes, actually. One that’s more delicate and maybe pastel for the ceremony (in a vineyard) and then a bolder one for the reception!

    I LOVE this cut on other people! It did nothing for my figure though, so unfortunately ruled out of a lot of dresses I loved! It just made my longer torso look even longer somehow.

    I don’t post my picture on the bee very much anymore, but my dress was a princess silhouette on a full a-line. The a-line flare began at the natural waistline and it was very flattering. I wish I had maybe gotten a dress with a fuller bottom and even more defined waist – like a clear difference between the bodice and skirt since with a princess silhouette they just kind of flow into each other – but the dress was flattering and everyone said so. I’m also an hourglass shape. The dress you chose should be very flattering on an hourglass figure.
