I would consult with your photographer re whether the windows are an issue or not. In the winter the sun is low in the sky-especially for a late afternoon ceremony.

Some windows are a perfect frame for the ceremony all by themselves.

Otherwise, it might be nice to frame the pics with a tall arrangement on either side, or something raised up on a pillar or tree stump etc.

this weddding used gigantic pomanders (which could be made ahead from silk or paper flowers, or doilies or coffee filters) on a black column (forget the arch and table)

 

Birch logs standing upright – replace the expensive flower arrangement with a potted plant
