I have many RHRs.

I even wore my high school ring the other day, just for fun. The college ring is more elegant (black onyx seal on gold signet ring) so it gets worn often when I’m wearing black. I suppose I should take a pix of that one day.

😉

Wow! That is so beautiful! I love it! Amazing cut and colour and the proportions and setting are perfect. Who made it?

Gorgeous! I love the deep purple color. I have a peridot (my birthstone) RHR that I’m currently using as a stand-in for my e-ring, which is being sized.IMG_7876

I wear my rhr everyday. It has immense sentimental value as it was my paternal grandmother’ engagement ring. My father was in mourning for her when he met my mum and in time it became her engagement ring. She wore is every day until four years ago when she gave it to me because her fingers were getting distorted by arthritis making it unsafe to wear.

It is platinum, – which was very unusual when I was growing up, everyone had yellow gold, with a 1.5 untreated cushion cut sapphire flanked by two old-cut diamonds of 0.67 and 0,74 carats. It doesn’t photograph well but I get a surprising number of comments on it. The sapphire is a velvety near black colour in most lights.

Very beautiful!! I love the purple. : ) I have a midnight sapphire RHR with small diamond accents on YG. My mom got it for me a few years ago on my 21st. My wish for my birthday this year or Christmas is a morganite with a diamond halo in rose gold!

It was super dirty in this photo (I hadn’t cleaned it in over a year ) but have since cleaned it. I’ll get a new photo in a bit.

And my wish RHR : ) It’s a task finding one in the size I want. I don’t want the gemstone to be very large because I want to wear it everyday. So I’ve been looking at morganites in the 5mm range. They seem to be more pricey than the larger ones for some reason.

ETA: Got some better photos : )

My everyday right hand ring(s) are pretty boring compared to all these beautiful gemstone rings! I typically wear a stack of 4, 1-1.5 mm white gold bands, 2 twist and 2 plain. I do plan to get a couple rose gold bands to make it a little more interesting 🙂

Well if you insist. Haha.

Here’s a video, but the account also has a picture. I made it to show other potential morganite girls. There aren’t a lot of non-diamond/moissanite videos. Mine is a hearts and arrows morganite, which is why it sparkles like that and looks a little different.

This is my RHR, (that is currently my stand in wedding/ering as my set is at the jeweler’s).  I had an inexpensive ring I’d ordered from an Avon catalog years ago.  I wore it so long it was bent and many of the stones had fallen out.  My dad had copied/recreated in white gold & diamonds for me for my 22nd bday.  I’ve been wearing it pretty much daily for the last 12 years.

I have a few RHRs that I switch around. I have a thin, simple silver band that I wear every day. It has my DD’s name and birthdate on it. And I stack other rings with it.

This is what I’m wearing today. Amethyst, which is my DH’s birthstone. (Photographed on L hand bc it’s easier — ha, ha)

Another favorite, which I wear often, is my London Blue Topaz & Peridot 3-stone. I’ve definitely developed a love of bezel sets from my time on the Bee!
