That’s super cute! I started putting together an inspiration board, but didn’t want to jinx anything since we’re still TTC.

twocatcupcake thanks! the shelving is nice except we really only have 2 walls out of the four to put furniture against so its a little cramped, but I do get to decorate the shelves so that was a plus! I’m due September 25th.

@twocatcupcake: What a fun inspiration board! I can’t wait to start putting inspiration boards together. I’m only 5 weeks pregnant and I’ve already been scouring craigslist and other want ads for used furniture.

We just finished up the nursery last week. It’s for a little girl, but it’s definitely not traditional. I went with really fun bright colors, teal and lime. We love how it turned out!

@twocatcupcake: We used those wall decals that we ordered from etsy! Super easy to apply and they came out looking seemless.

@Sulli301: We did trees too!! Haha everyone thought I was crazy when I said I wanted to do DS’s room in “trees”

It’s not done yet, but here’s a little of what I have so far. Rug from Ikea. Decal from “Wall Pops”. Shelf from craigslist with bins from Target. Curtains for closet from Walmart. I have been going the “budget” route, so it’s been a mix and match of things that are on sale from different places or using things we already owned, like the dresser in the closet.

@sand dollar: I LOVE your nursery!  So cute and fun!

We’re not even close to TTC yet but one thing I know I want to do in a future nursery is an alphabet wall like this.

That alphabet wall is AMAZING!
