I need inspiration bad! I have found so many shoes i would LOVE to wear for my wedding but they are all way too high! i don’t want to be taller then him at the alter. And i’m having a hard time finding flats i like. Guess it may have to be Chucks!

I don’t know how “offbeat” they are but I wore rosette flats. I think they’re unique in that I’ve never seen another bride with ’em…

I wore ballet flats from Target… Also, my BMs wore flats from Payless – Both stores had very cute options 🙂

How tall are you flat-wearers? I think I want to wear flats but I am SO FREAKING SHORT that it might be a bad idea. Also with a long dress, if I go with one, I’d have to wear heels the whole night, right??

@peachacid: I’m 5″5. Fiance is only an inch or two taller than me so I didn’t want to be taller.

@peachacid: I’m 5’4 and 7/8″ …Basically 5’5″ 🙂 I had a floor length dress… I ordered it in a petite and it was perfect. You can always get a floor length gown hemmed for flats 🙂

@RockStar33: Chucks are great…especially the custom ones that you can order online. They have ones that can be dyed or sparkly etc.
