I ‘think’, I may have just made myself fall a little bit inlove with the oval cut?
Was looking on the James Allen website and, for some reason (perhaps, one might venture a guess?) the round cut seems to be (considerably) more pricey than all the other cuts! So I decided to explore, but the only other shape I like is oval and the rings I saw (pave band), made my mouth water.
Would love to see your lovely oval diamond rings and would MUCH appreciate if you could state size/specs of the diamond involved 🙂
Thanks in advance 😉

I don’t have one, but I love oval rings of all stones so I’m gonna bump this up 😉
I know there are girls here with oval diamond rings, cause I’ve oggled them plenty

Oval girl here! Before my search they weren’t even on my radar.
Here is mine (VS2, D, over two carat center):
Best of luck in your search. I highly recommend ovals or any more rare cut, just makes you feel a bit more unique.

My gosh I love my oval. It’s still got the timelessness of a round, but has just a little something different 🙂
The con is that it’s not as sparkly as a round, but I think you always get a bit more bang for your buck in other areas when it comes to fancy shapes. I didn’t pick mine, but if not an oval I would have liked a pear.

Here is my oval. I LOVE it. The sparkle is insane. Mine is 1.25ct on a 5.25 finger.

That’s beautiful! Is it Verragio? I’ve seen one kind of similar (not oval, though) somewhere, and it seems like maybe it was on their site.
