My soon ( oh please hopefully soon) to be fiancé will be giving me a family heirloom 2 carat brilliant solitaire In yellow gold and I have size 4 little fingers! I would love to see what something like this would look like! I’m really excited about it, it is a much bigger ring than either of us would be able to afford and it has so much history! And I know yellow gold is a bit of a controversial melt but I love it!

I just found this site, which may be of use to you. It is a round solitaire set in yellow gold, and you can mouse over the different carat sizes. The model’s hand seem to be on the small side, but not as small as yours maybe.
For comparison, here is my 0.5 carat round solitaire set in yellow gold on my size 4 finger.

I’m not sure if you consider a size 5 small but I have a 1.52 carat round brilliant on a 3 mm cathedral band.

Mine is just under 2 carats (1.86) but a size 7.5. That’ll be a good size diamond!

Size 5 ring (my finger is 4.75-5 depending on the day), 1.04ct radiant:

That’s going to be quite a rock on your finger! And don’t worry about the yellow gold, it may be currently out of favor but it really does look lovely with some skin tones. Congrats!

Did you mean size for finger ?? Or ringsize 4 ?? And also it depends do you have long or short fingers that all takes play into what it will look like on you 🙂

Ring size 4! And I have short but thinish fingers. Honestly kinda of child like hands! This is a kinda bad pick of my right hand taken for a thread about special RHRs
