I got myself this ring (super cheap) just to keep myself happy during the waiting process. I wanted to feel “ring worthy”, and honestly never wear rings so this little thing did the trick for me!

@MissCalifornia:  I really like the jade one! And that’s funny you got the claddagh for yourself– I did the exact same thing years ago!

@kendra389:  I recently got myself a RHR partially for that reason– but I tell my SO it was a “getting into grad school” present for myself. Uh-huh. I wonder if even he believes that!

@Sunfire:  Wow, that is amazingly beautiful, and I agree with jocember that it is very appropriate for someone with your username! I have a citrine too, but it’s a really light yellow one.

So, here are mine– I saw a version of the citrine ring in an art gallery, but it was the wrong size and had a CZ in it, yuck. I found out the jeweler had an Etsy shop and got this one as a custom order! I love it. It reminds me of tree branches. (And some of you may have seen it before. . . I’ve posted it a lot!) The one on my pinky is one I made several years ago in a silver jewelry-making class. I’d be a jewelry maker in another life– when I have more time and money, I’m going to bring it back as one of my hobbies!

@MissCalifornia:  Thanks! Me too, my ering/wedding band and my other RHR are all blue topaz too. I hope to fill every finger with the pretty blue stuff one day.

My blue topaz RHR, it was supposed to be my ‘something blue.’   I got pregnant and married at the courthouse instead, LOL.

yes ma’am!!

I have a blue sapphire/white topaz halo, a pink star sapphire, a sideways (sorry) shot of my collection including a green topaz, a gold coin ring from china, a blue sapphire bezel, some class rings and some junk rings I never wear, like the shark that I bought at the beach when I was 13. The next is a pad sapphire. The last one is a tanzanite. I have another small tanz ring but it’s getting sized. πŸ™‚ I LOVE gemstones.

First one is a Ceylon blue sapphire that was originally set in yellow gold with a halo of CZ that I got as a present for my 21st birthday. I had it reset in white gold with pave sapphires on the shank about 2 years ago. The second ring is pave diamonds set in 22K yellow gold that I bought for myself as a 30th birthday presentSmile
