britishdaisy:  Your ring is beautiful! I love the detail, I love rose gold and floral/nature inspired and detailed rings. Both of mone have a nature/floral element to them. Do you live in the UK? How much was it and did you have to pay a lot on import fees?

bluehope:  Awww thanks!! I do live in the UK, but my partner lives in America so we had it delivered there. I have read that you should expect to pay import fees if ordering from outside of the US πŸ™

britishdaisy:  Ahhh, good call I think! I see so many things I love from the states and at the time they look like good prices until you start adding all the charges on πŸ˜”.

bluehope:  it’s annoying isn’t it!! I actually left my ring there cause I was worried I’d have to pay tax on it at customs! 😫 Can I see a pic of your rings please? I love floral/nature stuff too 😁

EDIT: I just scrolled back and realised you’d posted your rose gold beauty, what a stunner 😍

britishdaisy:  Extremely πŸ˜”. There isn’t a lot of my tastes in rings about the UK unfortunately and most rings I do see are from other countries. The two I do have had to be custom made, got what I wanted and for a lot cheaper than high street. Ernst jones wanted triple the price I paid for my heart ring and would be made with a worse diamond and quality. £6000+ for a 0.5 was ridiculous!

I think I most likely would have done the same, worried about the hefty taxes. The only way I got around getting an Amora without the taxes is because I found a European site, no import if it comes from a fellow EU. F1s though I think would be a little harder, can get FB and unenhanced here but F1s a bit more restricted.

Aww thank you so much. Which one? I think both my rose gold heart and Amora H&A are on the thread somewhere. I felt rose gold and floral/flower designs go so well together.

MissDevourer9:  I wear mine as a RHR, so I tried to make it look less like a wedding set, and when I had it made I asked for it to be able to to sit flush with a band.  Good luck on your search!  πŸ™‚

Hmm, not liking the mean bee action. Haters’ gonna hate! Generally, it’s easy to be happy for others if you are happy in your own life.

CinqueTerre:  Lucky!! Mine wasn’t a custom, so I am stuck with a curved band and I have to find one wide enough to fit flushed. I love your bands though! So beautiful!
