roxyem:  I love the flanking baguette setting. I’ve don’t think I’ve seen pave and baguettes together though. My center stone in my baguette setting is cushion cut, but I’m posting it in hopes that you’ll get more pics!

This is one of my most favorite styles. It seems to work well with round or oval. It’s so classic!

This is mine! It’s a round with baguettes, though it has a halo too.  It’s not such a big expensive ring as some of these (the centre is just approx. half carat), but it’s unique, delicate, dainty and beautiful! The baguettes to me are the best feature!

I found this little gem in South Africa and I think it’s a real one-off as it’s from a boutique jeweller, not mass-produced, which makes me even happier! 🙂 I’d love to see the one you described as it sounds amazing! 🙂

UK-bee:  I really think the OMC/baguette combo brings out the best in both cuts. . .but this might be because your ring is one of my favorites here. glad to see that you posted.

My Fiance worked with a jeweler to design my ring. The center round is the diamond my dad used to propose to my mom. After he passed away she reset it with baguettes swirling around it. My Fiance used some of those baguettes.
