I think that Save the Dates are so fun and really end up being a perfect reflection of a couple’s personality! I’d love to see all of your Save the Dates! Were they cards, magnets, postcards, or some other cute idea? Did you end up using the same or different stationery as your invitations?
Mine were a postcard and we did not end up using the same stationery for the invitations, but we tried to at least keep the color scheme of our wedding. Our colors are burgundy and champagne, so the champagne is what we were going for here.

I love the postcard idea! We haven’t done ours yet, don’t know if we will cause it’s already less than 6 months away o.o But we are planning a save the date video 🙂

@VictorianBride: What a great idea with doing magnets! I didn’t even think of that before. I do love the post cards, except that anyone in the mail room could see them lol. I have’t made save the date-s yet, so I don’t have one to show but here is a BUMP so that other people might be able to see it!

mine were pocketfolds that contained a magnet. We wanted a black and white contemporary look for sure.. and the “fun” magnets by themselves didnt cut it lol

I had gotten 100 free postcards from staples for my bday- so we had to use preloaded designs. We were not able to use the template I wanted- but for free we went with xmas theme :

I made these using a pic I took at a friend’s beach wedding. I wasn’t thinking about it when I took the pic; I just thought our shoes looked cute next to each other!

Mine are 2 sided, the sneaker picture is the front and the sign is the back. Sent them in a kraft envelope and sealed with a sticker. *Warning the pictures are not great

Here’s the one that my guy designed. I wish I had the file view of the back, it’s pretty cute as well! Plus we did vintage airmail stamps from the 1940’s- for postage.

Here’s mine. We just orderedmagnets from VistaPrint–it was the easiest and most cost-effective I did tweak the positioning and whatnot from how the template had everything. (no, we’re not gettnig married at a castle…)

We also did the postcard style. One of my BMs designed them. (They don’t look as fuzzy in real life lol)
