So many of you have great creative ideas that I wondered if you could spam me with photos of your seating plans/seating charts so I can get some inspiration?
Edit- I should add that I mean the visual seating plan that your guests will see to find their table on the day. Xx

We have 2 options. It’s a ballroom.

thanks so much for replying. I meant the seating plan your guests see on the day to find their table. Does that have a name that I’m not using? Thanks for your reply though x

Our wedding isn’t until October, so this isn’t OUR chart, but it’s the inspiration we’re using.
I found a large framed push-pin bulletin board that’s covered in burlap fabric for only $20, and then kraft paper cardstock tags at Michael’s that will each say “Table One” “Table Two” etc. And each guest’s name listed under their table. It’ll be on a display table next to the bar at cocktail hour so people can mull around and check it out then before they go into the reception space

This is a photo from our venue from a different wedding- the coordinator rents our her vintage French doors and takes care of this upon request. I can imagine it would be something that could be replicated, if you got a door or window and distressed it

We are doing something like this
Some of these cards will be on the table…
And some will be hanging from the trees…

Hi there…I like your table plan inspiration. Do you mind letting me know where you purchased your push pin bulletin board with burlap?

We are putting all the escort cards on a table by the entrance and then that has the table number on it. FI wanted it that way, and I figured it was one less DIY project I had to do. haha! Loving all your charts though ladies!!
