Ok so I have a few issues….
1. My finance (all 5ft 7 of him) wasn’t first in line when God was dishing out long legs! Although to be fair, I was even further back in that line!
2. My dress is satin and champagne colored.
3. I’m getting married in the (likely to be) wet English countryside – Satin, what was I thinking?!
4. I want the majority of my photographs to be taken outside – if the weather allows!!
5. I cant find any appropriate shoes!
I’m a young (like to consider myself a little edgy) 25yr old which makes my plain elegant dress an odd choice for me, so I wanted some gorgeous yet practical (consider the above) shoes that when I lift my dress up they’ll make you think wow!! Can you help?
This is the dress, I wont be wearing the jacket.

Thanks so much for your suggestions, I’m only 5ft1 though so I can afford to have a decent heel

Taking in mind that you’ll be in the wet countryside – stay away from thin heels and flats. I’ve made the mistake of wearing both on grassy knolls.
Wet or dry, thin heels sink into the ground, so you should stick to thick heels or wedges
Wet- the ground gets muddy, which is why you don’t want to wear flats, you’ll end getting mud all over your flats and feet.

I know you requested heels – sorry, I have flats because I was generously endowed with almost the same amount of height as my Fiance, but the champagne color & the flowers might appeal to youl:

I had 4 pairs of shoes for my wedding. I needed the height for the ceremony as my husband is a foot taller than me and I wanted to be in the same pic. 🙂 But since my dress would be dragging around if I switched into flats I decided on 2 different platform shoes (one 5″ heel one 4″ heel but both having a 1″ platform) AND a pair of Emu boots for our chairlift ride to the top of the ski hill.
I am not a sparkle person by any means…BUT I did fall in love with the bold, fun, colorful look of my multi colored sparkle platform open toe slingbacks. The sling helped keep them on and the platform kept me out of the snow. I loved the sparkle surprise under my dress!
Here are all my shoes!

I had black and gray plaid ballet flats too but never wore them so no picture. Maybe this will inspire you? Happy shoe hunting!
