I’m not sure that a short and puffy dress would work! If you’d like to look somewhat taller, a long, fluid line is best: think a long sheath. They can be pretty romantic or minimalist, depending on the embellishments.

Im 4ft11 too but long dress even ballgown works for me. Need those high heels though.

But check out my short wedding dress, not fluffy though.

I’ll be wearing this LuLu dress for our casual city hall wedding – friends suggested a colorful crinoline underneath to up the poof but I haven’t decided!

A short, poofy dress might make you look smaller– I’m barely 5’2″ and tried on a very full tea length gown that really didn’t do me any favors. The frontrunner right now is actually more of a trumpet/sheath type thing, and it definitely makes me look taller than the short dress did. Just something to consider!

Here is mine! It’s David’s Bridal. It was a longet tes length and I shortened it and added a petticoat! It was perfect. My BM’s (who wore a dress) had tea length dresses too!

As a siddenote I am 5’7″ and I was wearing heels.
