Ours is simple bc we aren’t doing a lot of traditional stuff. 15 minute or less ceremony @ 11 am, take a few pictures during cocktail hour, join friends and family around 1230 pm for lunch, thank guests for coming, cut the cake and enjoy spending time with loved ones. 5pm end. There are no announcements or specific events. If anyone wants to toast they can, if people want to dance they are free to do so whenever. I’m fairly relaxed on any given day and determined to feel the same on my wedding day. So this is less of an outline and more whatever happens is cool and we’ll roll with it. 😉 Photographer will be there until 3 pm and knows aside from specific cocktail hour shots he’s free to capture whatever photos he thinks we’d like to have.

  • Wedding: July 2017 - The Lodge at Little Seneca Creek

We’re having a pretty simple wedding at a lodge/park. Still finalizing everything, but this is what I’m thinking right now:

1:00 – Pick up flowers

2:00 – Make-up and collect everything to bring to the venue

4:00 – Arrive at venue to set up and direct vendors

5:00 – Hair and get dressed

6:00 – Guests start arriving, music starts playing, officiant takes his place at the “altar,” and photographer arrives

6:15 – Ceremony

6:30-7:30 – Wedding photos for us, cocktail hour on the balcony for guests

7:25 – Guests enter reception area and find their seats

7:30 – Wedding party intros

7:35 – First dance

7:40 – Dinner (we start buffet line)

8:15 – Toasts

8:30 – Father/daughter dance

8:35 – Mother/son dance

8:40 – Dance floor opens up (maybe get the DJ to call everyone to the floor for a photo)

9:00 – Cake cutting

10:30 – Last call

10:55 – Last song

11:00 – DJ announces night is over, and we thank everyone at the door as they leave

11:00-12:00 – Clean up and inspection

Amy Turner :  Ok, I can’t figure out how to DM a PDF, spreadsheet, or a photo. I even just tried to comment a screenshot here, but it was super blurry.    Anyway, I got it from https://apracticalwedding.com/spreadsheets/ so maybe that will be a better help anyway, LOL.
