Lovely rings ladies! I’m so excited to finally share. I’ve been silently stalking rings on here for months and I finally got engaged last night! My stone is a 0.47 ct center 0.7 tcw round brilliant diamond with a 6 prong 14ct white gold pave band. I wear a size 7 and the size is just right for me. 🙂

love seeing all the beautiful rings here!  <3. I’ve actually shared mine in other threads about small diamond/engagement rings.  Have to share it again… Here it is:

My husband was working at a minimum wage job and couldn’t afford to provide an engagement ring at the time when he proposed.  A year into our marriage, he changed job and is being paid quite a bit more now.  For my birthday this year, he took me to a local jeweler and picked out a ring with me.  I wanted a small diamond on a thin band.  We both liked this one a lot and it was at an affordable price (.13ct G VS1 for under $600).

Here is my rose gold set. I love small, dainty rings. I believe the diamond is appx. 1/10 ct. (2.5mm) I’ll try to upload a pic. I like that the diamond is channel set so there are no prongs to catch on anything. The design of the ring allows light to hit it from all directions so if really flashes! Size 7 finger for reference.

Bridey77:  Thank you! It’s from the Sirena collection. I think their line is very feminine and graceful. I’ve been a longtime rose gold fan. Very warm & romantic with a vintage/modern twist! You can find the diamond ring at Helzberg. It’s not expensive. The wedding band I”ve had for many years, but you can probably find something similar on the web.

I thought I would post another picture of my ring with a petite, rose gold diamond band that I sometimes switch out my solid band for. This is for the times I want to “bling” it up and give it a different look!

I thought I would also post a pic of another favorite petite ring of mine. This one is in white gold with an illusian head diamond. What drew me to this ring is the amount of detail that is in such a small package. The small diamond illusion head, the baguette diamonds on the scroll of the ring and the way the scroll curves around in the side view. I wear this one as a right hand ring, but it could easily become a petite engagement ring.

I’ll try to upload pics. Not very good at technology. Please excuse my dried out winter hands!

All pretty rings ladies!!!!! I’m actually glad I went for the smaller stones. I was picky and stingy. Thinking I wanted a bigger stone in the 1 ct sections. And he one I wanted had bigger side stones and a beautiful halo however I was looking at the price and it said $10,000!!! I’m like whoa on the price but its a really nice ring!!! And that was without the wedding band.

I was told by my family many times over the two years course of dating my Fiance that he should spend for a ring in the 1 ct range. I’m like…..isn’t that a little expensive? They’re like no. If he loves you then he should go out his way to getting that stone for you. So I had that mindset for a while. I even tried it on in the jewelry store. Loved it!!!

However I tried other rings on and found something in his budget. Around 2500 the best part was it sparkled way better than the bigger stones!!! And a wedding band was added to the price!!! I wouldn’t want my hubby up ng so much on a ring that I could lose. ( not a jewelry type. Hate jewelry). But I’ll do whatever it takes to keep it forever ha-ha. Lost all my rings my grandmother bought me. And they were expensive!!!! Poor thing.

My Fiance saved almost $7000 on my ring if he were to get the $10,000 ha-ha, no chance. I love my ring and its daintier and shinier!!! And I can say its all mine yaay!!!!

princessbee1991:  ty! I love it. I never have to worry about snagging or movement of the stone. It gives me comfort. 🙂 My fingers are very short and hands very small, so I don’t need a big stone. This one is perfect!
