Here are two recent photos of a couple of antique/vintage solitaires I have. One is an OMC and the other an OEC. I think they face up like a ~.25ct, but since they are both pretty tall and noticeably larger than my diamond studs (approx .25ct each), I would say they are -.30-.35ct. Rings are size 4.5, but base of the ringer is a little smaller.
