@MASPA:

I had originaly thought that I would do about 1500. My dress total is about 2500. My mom paid, though, so I didn’t technically overspend any of my money, THOUGH, we did pay more for a photographer and music because of the gifted amount of the dress! So the money all went somehwere!

My fantastic romantic boho chic dress!! <3 Sorry for the poor quality pics, but I am without a full sized mirror until Thursday! She retails for $8,800!! Now, I did not spend quite so much, but this was my 3rd dress and put me well over my dress budget. So worth it, however, to finally have the right dress!! ๐Ÿ™‚

I would say mine was a splurge.  My parents bought my dress and when I was dress shopping my mom originally said she would like to stay under $2000.  My dress was listed at $2850 but my dad got them down to $2500.  Not a huge difference but every bit helps!

Anyway, this is me in the sample in the store the day I bought her.  She should be in toward the end of this month.  I also ordered an additional sash as well, because while I do love the black sash, I’m just not sure if it’s what I want to wear on my wedding day.  The other sash is ivory and has a lot more bling.

@TheJeanses2012: Thanks, hun! You made my day! ๐Ÿ™‚ I am so totally in love. Had to sit for a moment when I first saw her, had butterflies and was nervous just to try her on. That’s how I knew! ๐Ÿ™‚

Mine was $2800, which was $200 under budget, but with alterations it ended up being $200 over.
