I wouldn’t say mine is non-traditional, but it’s definitely unique as I haven’t seen one like it yet.  I just don’t know what band to get yet!

My original one was an aquamarine solitaire, but it started getting scratched up already, so I wanted to get a new one before the wedding so it was still sentimental. And we picked out the first one together and ordered it online and without a proposal, so there aren’t any hard feelings about the change. 

new one is alexandrite and it’s the setting I wanted most originally.

I’ve never seen another ring like mine – I love it though! sometimes wish Id picked something either more normal but I think thats my desire to follow trends!
