My non traditional ring is a morganite set in rose gold with a side halo on a white gold band with pave diamonds.  Love seeing all these beautiful and unique rings.

Mine kind of fits! It’s a diamond, but I’ve never seen another setting like mine. 😊

imo91 :  Wow, your ring is stunning. I never realized rose gold could complement a ruby so well.

Libbie Dobbs-Alexander :  I love your pearl ring! I’ve considered getting a pearl engagement ring, but they’re so fragile and I’m hard on my hands 🙁

So I would say my ring falls more into the traditional category, but I can wholeheartedly say it is unique, simply because it is a marquise. I recently upgraded from a round to this beauty. Never in a million years would I have thought I would wind up with a marquise. But I am sure glad I did, because I am obsessed with it. When I was pawning over making the move, I discovered this site and everyone’s posts and pics and advice, which helped my make up my mind, and NOW not only am I obsessed with my super unique ring, but this site too. 🙂 So here is mine… A 1.50 carat Marquise on a 7.25 finger. Sorry for the jumbo/sideways pics.
