countingstars:  i have no idea where I lost it because I had been out all day..I just looked down at my hand that night and it was gone..when we had the setting made I was still in the process of losing baby weight and after I lost the weight I didn’t have my ring sized down..it was only about a 1/2 size too big..so I dont think it “fell off”..but most likely pulled off..like getting caught on something sticking my hand in diaper bag..purse etc…ive looked everywhere..id sure love to find it!!

The one on the left is my upgrade (1/2 ct total) and the one on the right was the ring my husband proposed with (1/4 ct total). I kept it because I am the sentimental type

This is my original ering and band. It is a 1/2 carat.

And this is my upgrade ring a 1 carat  dimond w/ the halo! I love that it is completely different then my original ring.

womanofsubstance:  Thanks!! It wasn’t an intentional thing, as I didn’t realize the similarity between them at first. I got a big kick out of it when I looked at them side-by-side.

My ering was lost shortly after my wedding, the first ring was what I got for my 1st anniversary. The second is my 5th anniversary upgrade.

First ring from MCo – it kept losing stones

Second ring – upgraded setting (from all moissy to diamond and from palladium to white gold) and upgraded center stone from a cushion moissy to an OEC

Upgraded for quality. Old diamond was a very loosely graded EGL-I that faced up like a .8/.9 ct diamond even though the weight was over 1 ct. New diamond is GIA XXX with much better color and clarity. 1.08 cts, with a .4mm difference from the original.
