This beauty is NOT my ring, but I tried it on once (or twice or three times). It’s a Single Stone and I think was around 3ct. To. Die. For.

I think my ring has a slight vintage feel to it with the milgrain detailing around the center stone

cinammonbustelo :  Not much of a story haha. It’s not an heirloom or anything. We searched in antique stores and online because I knew I wanted something unique and vintage with lots of details. As soon as I saw it I knew it was the one ๐Ÿ™‚

swedishcoffee :  Thank you! the carat size is .85 (ideal specs so it faces up nicely) I think the bezel also gives the illusion of a larger carat size and my ring size 5.25. I am seriously still as obsessed as the day Fiance presented it to me.

mrsptobe2017 :  I so LOVE your ring! I too drooled over Erstwile rings that were never in the realm of possibilites budget wise. I think the size is perfect! Makes me wish I had just a tad larger in carat size but dont we all ๐Ÿ˜‰

kaykibbs87 :  Thank you so much! If you need another insanely expensive site full of gorgeous vintage beauties to drool over, may I recommend Victor Barbone?

I have a weird obsession with vintage inspired rings. I am working on some bands right now and I find myself constantly resetting modern ones into more vintage type settings.  I like engraving and miligrain although it might be time for another look since I have more then what is pictured here.

This isn’t my engagement ring, but it’s on my left hand since I’m right handed and it’s easier to take pictures this way! It’s an OEC in what I believe is a vintage setting and it’s ~.85 ct. Oh, & my ring size is a 6.5 in case that’s helpful too.

Good luck with creating your perfect ring–please come back and show us when it’s done!!

cinammonbustelo :  Well I put some pic collages together while bugging kiddos to do homework. Most of what I make these days seem to be vintage inspired.  Only the sapphire is actually a heirloom piece.
