Watch out! I have loads of pictures of mine. It was my grandma’s. A 1.25 carat antique round diamond with two 0.12 carat baguettes set in platinum.

My ring is newer, but vintage/antique inspired…it counts right??

*Sigh* You lucky ladies! I’m in love with your rings. I tried to convince my SO that I wanted a vintage ring and taking him to pawn shops/antique stores to look but he was horrified by the idea. I shall live vicariously through you all!

Mine is an heirloom, but it’s a simple solitaire.

Mine is from my grandmother and was purchased in the 1950’s. Its pretty traditional but I think it has a nice vintage style. I think its about .75 carat and is yellow gold which makes it different from most people’s rings. Sorry this pic is huge!

@msmaybride:  omigosh, my ering resembles yours quite a lot! It was my grandmother’s, circa 1935, I am guessing (as Dad came along in Jan. 1938), 14K white gold with .57 ct center stone. I have always known I wanted to wear THIS ring, no matter which man became my Fiance. I figured, he could still buy me a wedding band. And since he saved all that ca$h, we were able to pop for a band with diamonds all around. The open work helped keep the price down.

If you Bees will indulge me, I was shocked at how well my very modern band complements her 77-years-older sister. I literally walked into a local jeweler because my photographer was running 15 minutes late–and there she was, the only one off its kind (the jeweler had designed the ring; it’s not a chain design)…and in my exact size!

Apologies for the monster sized photos…still getting used to iPad wedding gift from hubby!

the one on my middle finger belonged to my fiance’s great grandmother, the actual ring he proposed with. the one on my ring finger he wanted both of us to design. it was important to him that i absolutely loved my ring. (he always knew i wanted a pear)

OMG, this is the first time i’ve actually seen any other vintage rings. my Fiance went all by his self to buy mine and it was a total surprise, but i LOVE it so much. it’s from the 1930’s. it’s cool to see similar rings on here ladies. they’re all beautiful!
