honestly with a solitaire ANY ring will look good!! It’s really what you want it to look like! as of now I have a 2mm wedding band but in search of a small 3rd diamond band(that I need to find in the next 6 weeks)

mishinthecity: me and DH just eloped and bought plain bands while on vacation. However we had fancy bands being made back home, & so for now I have just my plain wedding band and solitaire ering, and eventually I will be stacking a half eternity with it (We haven’t decided when we will use the other bands, and they are still being made!!) i never thought I’d like a plain band, but there are some days where I love it so much that if my eternity band wasn’t being custom made due to size and metal change, I don’t know if I would want it!!

My set is platinum.  My Ering and band are both 2 mm. Finger size is 5.5, 1.36 ct center

And here’s my new anniversary band.  It is 3 mm wide

I’ve been wearing my set with a twist band stacked in between. It fits more snugly and I like the look. Solitaires are great because they are so versatile!
