I simply fell in love with it!!!! Also both of my dresses were separates and sashes are very flattering. I didnt want any beading on my dress, as beading comes of too 90’s to me and I wanted my sash to stand out.

Here’s mine! Its from cosmobella 2014 collection. When I first tried on the dress, it was without the the sash. I didn’t really feel an attachment to it, until I tried it on with the sash. I fell in love.I can’t wait to have my first fitting.

beltthis is mine, it’s not attached to my dress yet. I wanted something that tapered from the center becausel i think that was the most slimming on me. This one was under $50 on etsy.

I liked that it was dainty but packed a punch and I loved the silk chiffon ribbon. I really disliked the grossgrain ribbon belts I tried on. I thought this was much more elegant.

Here is mine! Sadly this is the only close-up I have of the belt on the day of, but you can still see some of the detail!

Here’s a full body shot from our wedding day, and then from our post-wedding session.

I got the crystal part from this seller on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/shop/GlamoursBridal and attached it to the satin ribbon that already came with my dress, but you could use any ribbon. I actually really love the organza a PP had–if I didn’t already have the satin ribbon that matched my dress, I would have loved that, looks beautiful with lace!

Something to keep in mind: So many of my photos from the wedding day, I am holding my flowers RIGHT in front of the belt I loved so much! Make sure you get a few with your flowers at your side or something to show off all these lovely belts, ladies!

kimmo416:  Could you share the style name for your sash, I love it and have been searching for something similar!

Let me know if you are open to selling it.
