White velvet cake with strawberry mousse and cream cheese frosting and sugar pearls…it was amazing! Hubs is already talking about getting some cupcakes to tide us over until we get to tear into our anniversary tier π Hehe
Our cake is based off of this one. Its going to be 3 tiered and potentially raspberry almond
We also have bride and groom hedgehog toppers
This is what we ended up with. I had seen a cake with marbling that I fell in love with so we had ours done in red. We then had given the baker around 10 euro so they could go to the flower shop a few stores down and get some flowers to accent the cake (at their discretion). I can’t say I was unhappy.
The flavors were vanilla with a raspberry cream filling, red velvet with a cream cheese frosting filling, and the top was a chocolate lovers dream…chocolate with this really rich chocolate cheesecake filling.
This is my inspiration
I adore it. My mother keeps telling me its too plain, im not listening
Here was ours π
Pretty simple but so delicious! Chocolate and raspberry, yum! I think the top tier is red velvet, we’ll find out on our first anniversary π And it was a gift π so that’s a total bonus!
Our cake was chocolate with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. And of course silver chocolate snowflakes π
Flavors: Strawberry Short Cake, Red Velvet, and Chocolate with Vanilla Buttercream and Fudge Filling.
Our cake was marble with lemon and raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting. It was delish!
Gorgeous Cakes! We did a little 2 tier to cut and cupcakes for the guests. Photo credit goes to my amazing baker Julie at Caketopia Cakes in Williston, VT. It tasted even better than it looked! It was almond cake with mape frosting and ricotta filling.
