I used the same purse for my August wedding… I got so many compliments on it and it looked beautiful next to my dress.

This is mine – the Glitzy Eva clutch bag by Vintage Styler. I think it’s sold out now, but it also comes in all ivory and blush too – perfect for bridesmaids! I don’t know if I’ll actually need to use it on the day, but I’ll definitely get some use out of it after the wedding!

Wow, so pretty!
What a deal! If I end up with one, it just may be this.
That must have taken forever. You’re very skilled, looks lovely.
So what are you ladies planning to carry with you in these? I was thinking cell phone, tissue, and lipstick.

Wow – that is beautiful! I cannot imagine how long that must have taken you. Very special!

so pretty! Where did you order this from if I may ask? This would totally match my dress I think!

This may sound like an utterly clueless question, but where do you put your purses? During the ceremony, you can probably store them in the bridal chamber. During the reception, do you just keep them near you?

during the reception before we sat down for dinner my sister who was my Maid/Matron of Honor and her SO held on to it, once we sat down for dinner I kept it on the table and once the dancing started I kept it on a table nearest to the dance floor, only using it for my powder room breaks. For the ceremony my sister’s SO also had mine and her clutch bag I think, or maybe it was in a bag my dad put aside somewhere, there’s a photo of my dad holding it while we are outside the church and I don’t really know who was watching over it as he walked me into the church, the next time I had it was while taking photos after the ceremony so between my sister+her SO & dad someone was keeping track!

Thanks for the explanation. I just couldn’t figure out logistically how you would keep your purse (and contents) safe. You would hope to think that none of your guests would steal anything from the purse. My concern would be more if you had to go outside for photos and nobody was around to take care of it as they were also out for photos. But in that situation, I think you could just take the purse with you and place it to the side whiel you get your pictures taken.
