Those are stunning, I love the clean lines.

We are doing small jars of hot chocolate, sort of like these:

But the lids are also glass and the tags have the hot chocolate recipe on it since it’s our homemade hot chocolate we’ll be using. Also using thin white twin neatly tied since we aren’t going for a rustic look.

I love these ideas! We did chocolate covered espresso beans in a little box with our wedding colors and homemade wax seals! We’re coffee aficionados and who doesn’t love chocolate?? We had skittles for the kids though ☺️

cc33ammy :  sure thing! Its roughly 1cup icing sugar, 1cup cocoa powder, 1/3 cup milk power and 2tsp corn starch/powder sifted together. I add a bit more cocoa for love since I like my hot chocolates more on the dark side than the sweet side and I make it with hot water then add milk 🙂

I always took note of favors at weddings I attended and looked forward to choosing my own! I had initially wanted something like tea leaves or honey that could be packaged up super cute, and also considered hand-pouring 150 mini candles.. but in the end we were short on time and a bit overbudget, so we ‘combined’ our place cards and favors into cookie place cards. (I considered these our favors- I hope our guests did too haha) Baked/made by our fam friend who has started up a side baking business 🙂

Sariya :  I know you’re supposed to give edible favors but we had sooooo much food and dessert so we did little succulents…

For my baby shower which was Winnie the Pooh themed we did honey in a jar with a small dipper attached…

I’m bracing myself to get crucified because we had non-edible favors that also had our names and wedding date on them (THE HORROR!) but the majority of our guests loved them. We have a very large number of both family and friends who are into tabletop role playing games and/or board games (as are my husband and I) so we had custom dice (it also fit our reception’s geeky/gamer theme. We had giant wooden dice for table numbers and everyone’s place card was actually a dungeons and dragons mini-fig mounted on a little piece of wood with their name and table number on it) Almost everyone took their bag of dice home, and we have friends who have sent pictures of using them in their games in the months since our wedding 🙂 So for our social group, it was a hit!

I made both peanut butter sauce and butterscotch sauce. This is from the taste test we did (we decided on having both flavors). They’ll be in decorative jars tied with silk maple leaves.

I searched all over for antique teacups and included a variety of our favourite teas inside (obv very British). Our tags said “together we can rule the galaxy” because we’re just nerds so we incorporated hidden Star Wars touches throughout the wedding. I didnt snap any pics of them all set up so this is what I’ve got haha.
