@kateisstoned:  Ours in on a saturday, but fairly similar…

5:30-5:50pm–Outdoor ceremony

5:50-7:00pm–Couple & Wedding party photos; simultaneous cocktail hour for guests

7:00-Wedding party entrance

7:00-8:00pm Dinner 

8:00pm Cake cutting, followed by first dance, father/daugther dance, maybe a bouquet toss

10:45pm–Last dance, grand exit

• 7:00 am-Breakfast/coffee/set up at the ceremony site
• 8:00-(Girls) hair/makeup
• 12:00ish photographers arrive at uncle david’s
• 12:15ish Getting ready pictures at uncle david’s
• 12:45ish-Travel to first look picture site (appx 20 mins)
• 1:00ish- First look pictures/bridal party pics/parent pics
• 2:15- Travel back to uncle david’s (appx 20 mins)
• 3:00- Ceremony starts
• 3:30ish-Family pics
• 4:15-Travel time to reception (apprx 25 mins)
• 4:45ish-Freshen up in the house provided for us
• 5:00- Reception starts
• 5:15- Grand entrance
• 5:20- First dance
• 5:30- Dinner
• 6:30-Father/Daughter followed by Mother/Son Dances
• 7:30-Cake cutting
• 7:45-Bouquet and garter

This gives us 4 hours for dancing, extra reception fun and games, it’ll be a long day but it should be fun.

our wedding is all in one place But I have no idea where to begin with the  time line  for everything we know we want the wedding to end at midnight.  Please help Wedding Day Itinerary

I think the sunset is around 7:30 or 8:pm
