JLFinch:  My wondfos were all light until before I O’d and then I had 3 as dark as or darker than the test line. They got lighter as soon as my surge ended. I didn’t really see much of a progression at all.

What day did you start to test?

JLFinch:  The only one that looks most equal to me is the third from the right. Is that your CD19? It was probably a bit darker too before it dried I imagine.

No progression picture here.  Only what a postive for me looked like.  I’m pretty sure there isnt really much of a noticible progression for opks like there is for hcg since lh levels are pretty stable until the surge.  There might be one or two days you *might* see some sort of progression

Some peopel also report that they never get a clear positive like my picture.  And that it only gets as dark as the control, but not dark, maybe like your one 3rd from the right.  If that was cD18 and u O on 20, that would make sense since you O 24-28 hours after the surge.  IF you are temping too, you should have a pretty clear pic when you O.

I used them for one month – they went from light to dark, to light, to dark, kind of all over the place, until one day there was one that was obviously darker than the rest.

JLFinch:  Here is my thread with the back and forth light and dark results. Note – this does NOT include a picture of the actual positive result that I got on day 22.

Mine never really progressed. They were just all light and then dark the day I surged.

My OPK’s never came out positive – it was my first month using them. They were all over the place. It was frustrating but we BD-ed every other day and I’m five weeks today. So don’t worry too much 🙂
