My ring is similar and I had a very hard time picking a band…in fact I’m sure there must be one out there better than what I chose.  I’ll dig up a picture for you…

Let me note that I got this one b/c I couldn’t find a plain band to go with it.  With the band being flat and not rounded, nothing really matched so although I’m not really a “blingy diamond band” type of person, this is where I’ve landed.

Good luck, I’d love to see what you end up with!

I had the same problem! I wanted a plain band but couldn’t fine one that fit against the flat e-ring. I got some bling on mine. I see women who have plain bands and I LOVE them! I love mine too though! 🙂

I don’t have a solitaire but I sure as hell had problems trying to find a wedding band that matched my heirloom! I ended up going with diamond band like you ladies because a band wouldn’t match to save my life!

Sweet! Not to hijack your thread, but how are you going to deal with the band sitting/not sitting completely flush with your e-ring(s)?. My trellis setting has a little bump thing-y ( which I am sure you all have as well) which worries me that I can’t get a chanel set band to go with it. I originally wanted a plain band, but I couldn’t find one that was flat and not rounded :(.

Here are our original rings… since then I got my engagement ring reset and a band to match, but I love love the simplicity we originally went with.  My w-band was a 4 mm, thick to compliment my stone.  I loved the thicker band but it just doesn’t go with my new setting.  Of course I’ll always keep it though 🙂  My husband still wears his original band (he picked it out) it is 6mm titanium.

@stacey4884:

She did but if you READ what others wrote, they said they had a hard time finding one, after they initially wanted a plain band also.  They shared what they did and you never know, she could change her mind.

Please forgive the terrible cell pic.  This is my e-ring (4mm wide) with my wedding band (2.5mm wide).  My finger is a size 6 if you were wondering.  Good luck in your search for a ring.  If I had it to do over again I think I would have selected a 3mm width for my wedding band.  Hope that helps 🙂
