I’m 12 days out and over the weekend finished my cake knife (bought a 4$ one on Amazon and added glitter and ribbon) and seating chart. I think I’m going to use the same glitter in the bottom of my shoes if I have time to get to it!

I just finished our place card table monogram…it’s a bit dark but it’s violet and obviously silver glitter.

I am so pleasedwith this project…after hunting down every purple hydrangea in a  25 mile radius of my house I’ve finally finished the lanterns wreaths for the aisle decor

Here is my most recent experiment.  I need to get a different glue for the crystals for the next go round.  The E6000 ate through the foil on the crystals and left them cloudy so they aren’t reflecting light as well as I’d like.

I’m trying to replicate this essentially (though clearly  not exactly):

My Future Sister-In-Law has told me she knows a guy in DTLA who sells the lanterns for a good price, so I’m going to put the glue down until I can see how much he charges for them.

Also picked up a lot of good stuff from the Goodwill today.  I am not yet sure how and where I’ll incorporate these elements but some of them were real crystal.
