I love seeing the profile of rings. They are so important! 

Here’s mine, which is everything I wanted: Low-set stone in halo, rising shank with a split, V-shaped basket opening.

Although it is shadowed, this is the clearest side view picture I have. It is a fairly simple cathedral setting, but we made sure we couldn’t see the top of the shoulders from the top or sides – they look like they meet the prongs.

Mine is a low-set, plain 6-prong solitaire. I like its simplicity and that it’s comfortable for everyday wear. I’m pairing it with a shared-prong diamond band post-wedding. Can’t wait! 🙂

I was really picky about the side view of my ring too.  I wanted a super low setting, and eventually found the perfect one.
