@pinklemonade12: Where in the GTA did you get the flowers? I’d LOVE to know!

Let’s see.  I had a bunch!

First off, engagement party/pre-wedding reception invitations:

These are in Dutch since our party was in the Netherlands for our Dutch family and friends.

We also made monster cookies and blueberry muffins for the party:

These were a feat in and of themselves because the “oven” that we had to use over there was a combination oven/microwave and only held 6 muffins or 7 cookies at a time!  We made over 100 muffins and baked cookies until we just couldn’t do anymore!  lol

A thank you gift to my in-laws for the party and their help and support:

For our wedding itself, our invitations were a semi DIY being part kit and part me scrapbooking.  lol

Our centerpieces:

Our various baskets (I made 3 and each served 2 purposes) first up is the flower girl basket:

Then our program basket:

Last of the baskets was our bubbles basket:

As I said, all of these baskets were dual purpose and were later used at the reception for our guestbook:

I made all of our signs:

Our table name cards:

Our table name card holders:

Our dessert stands:

Our guestbook:

Our programs:

Our cardbox:

Some semi DIY – our bubbles, favors, and escort cards:

Our photoshare cards:

We also had homemade muffins and gingersnaps at the reception:

(sorry… that’s the best prof picture I have of the homemade stuff.  It’s the stuff in the lower left hand corner.)

And last but not least, I digitally scrapbooked our parents wedding albums!

The scrapbook is 100 pages long, so believe it or not, that’s only a sampling of it!!

I had SO much fun with all of my DIY projects!  🙂  I love seeing what all the rest of you ladies have done too!  So much talent!

ETA:  Oh and for more details, I do have threads in the DIY section on most if not all of this.

ETA2:  Forgot about my tried and decided it was too much DIY project!  I was going to make my wedding invites, and decided it was definitely do-able, but when I priced it out, the cost was so much more then buying a DIY kit that I really couldn’t justify it and felt the time I’d need for it was time I could use for other things.  Here was my mock-up though:

@froydis: I got the same invitations! You’re the first person I’ve seen that has used the same ones. I love your invitation suite!

I’m making table number luminaries as well as memorial candle luminaries. The memorial candles will be on the escort card table. I also made the orchid out of clay, but that was a DIY I gave up on…

Here is a close up of one of the memorial candles…
