Here’s my current mani. It’s OPI Black Onyx with Essie’s Shine of the Times from their Luxeffects collection. I’m in love with it and have gotten a bunch of compliments. Shine of the Times is awesome, it gives off an orange, gold, or green sheen depending on the angle you’re looking at it from.

Got my nails done finally! I forgot the color but it’s by OPI and a very light pastel purple/lavender.

My usual at-home shellac mani. I actually just cut and re-shellaced my nails this morning, but no picture.

@mrs.t_finally:  Hi^5!! I always do my own mani/pedi too but too lazy to do gel ones for myself.. LoL. I doubt I can handle french tips on my own thus I often end up doing graduated glitter tips! Ooo.. I can feel the excitement for you while you talk about the special bracelet! ๐Ÿ™‚

@momolove:  ty ๐Ÿ™‚ I love doing my nails. It’s my 3 times weekly meditation break from kids and the Mr. The ONLY time I get to sit by myself, have coffee and just play with my polish lol. I saw a new gel/shellac system offered at wal-mart. I think I’m going to research it and see how much it is. If it’s reasonable and the reviews are good I may invest in it because I have a card at Sally’s and can get the polishes cheap enough on sale… As for the bracelet, yeah, super stoked. This is only the 2nd time I’ve “won” something (other than my husbands heart ๐Ÿ™‚ ) so I’m really excited. Especially since it’s going to be custom made just for me with something I adore!

I’ll show it off once it’s here ๐Ÿ™‚

Just redid mine last night to go out to club called Cherry so I felt a red mani was fitting. I layered Wet and Wild’s Spoiled in Ants in my Pants over top of Sally Hansen’s Diamond Strength in Diamonds and Rubies. The base colour is dark but the red glitter gives it a “ruby Slipper” like look.

@Aure:  OMG. I LUUUUUURVE it! Dangit, not enough hands lol. I think that will be my birthday mani since I’m a ruby/cancer girl! Apparently (le sigh) my mother wants to do a bonding trip for just her and I to celebrate her 50th birthday and my 33rd birthday. Either 6 Flags or Disney. Goodie!

@GelaMac:  I’ve had them for over a week now and I have only some slight wear on my right index finger. It lasts pretty well!
