We haven’t bought his ring yet but this is the one we’ve had an eye on, it’s made with deer antler! Perfect for the redneck love of my life!

linnylou_88:  My Dh’s looks a lot like that.  His is also palladium.  He has polyeurothane all over his hands.  He refinishes hardwood floors for a living!  LOL

We just ordered his.  At first liked one that had blue carbon fibres on the outside of the meteorite, but then decided for something a little more neutral but still contrasting colour.

This is meteorite and zirconium:

I think I’ve shared this one before.  My husband’s ring came from Romas Banaitis on etsy.  He wanted something unique & this ring definitely is.  It did not look as colorful in person as the stock photo (below) and we’ll probably replace it eventually because DH was a tad underwhelmed by it.  But for right now it works & is still pretty cool.

My husband picked out a ring I never would have chosen for him- I figured he would do a solid, shiny, kind of think platinum or white-gold and instead he went with a giant, two-tone with rose gold in an understated but cool swirl.  Glad we shopped together!

It’s funny, because my Fiance was so dead set against shopping for his ring. He told me to just pick anything and he was sure he would love it. But I insisted, and when he saw this one his face completely lit up. He’s so in love with it that he was devastated when I told him he ccouldn’t wear it until after the wedding. It’s hard to tell in the picture, but it’s white gold with two yellow gold bands and half a carat of diamonds.

lolot:  where did you find that one?! My Dear Fiance wants something different but we’re having a hard time finding options that don’t all look the same in stores. *sigh*

I can’t believe all these rings! In the UK I’ve only ever seen basic gold bands for guys. My DH went alone to pick one out but emailed me 3 pics from the shop and I hated all! He couldn’t decide and asked me to go join him so I suggested something I liked better and he realised it was timeless and classic, unlike the ones he was looking at. Phew!! I would have agreed to any of them if he loved it but was relieved when he went with my choice

We also went the custom route, my now husband wanted the stardust look. It looks a bit sparkly and high gloss on the edges. It’s a nice edgy understated band in my opinion. We went back and forth a few times to get it right but it was ALL worth it to see him happy with the finished product.

LMac499: Ohhh La la I love all that bling. My hunny would’nt dare because he’s still terrified he mind loose his ring…and he works in the sciences so he is constantly taking on and off gloves. UgGGh I so wished he would have gone with something similar to your hubbys.

BreezyBride24:  Thank you! He definitely wanted the bling, which I find so surprising because he’s not a flashy kind of guy at all. And he’s a plumber, so I expected him to want something a little more indestructable. 🙂
