brinny04:  hey there, it’s one of the Damascus steel rings from Stonebrook Jewelry on Etsy (and I think they have a regular website too).  We just had his finger measured at a jeweler and ordered online.  In person the pattern is fairly subtle but we both really love it!  I think it only cost $275 or something, too.

Here’s another pic… (I think it may be enormous)

Milibee13:  I love that ring! We’re getting FI’s ring done by the same jeweler, just a different style I guess – though very similar! Have you ordered it yet, and if so, how do the colors in your ring match up with the stock photo?

brinny04:  Millibee’s ring is by Jewelry by Johan. I know this because that’s where we’re getting FI’s ring lol. He has a website and also an Etsy shop.

My dear Fiance picked his up from the jewelry store just yesterday! He had it custome made and we are over the moon excited with how it turned out!!!! He wanted to wear it yesterday already and was disappointed when I locked it in the safe…..

it is 18k gold with a carat of princess cut diamonds in a channel setting.

Fiance picked out a Vitalium ring. It is supposed to be as durable as Tungsten but it can be cut off in an emergency where as with Tungsten it can’t. I’m surprised he chose one with a design. It wasn’t my favorite but he loves it.

FutureMrsJohnson_:  Good to know! I’ve had him favorited on etsy for years! I’m glad other “real” pepole have used him and been happy! 😀 He’s picked out a couple from there, but we want to go to a jeweler and have him pick out which size/shape/style he likes before doing a custom. He’s pretty sold on a wood inlay though

brinny04:  I’m trying to get my Fiance to do the same thing (we haven’t ordered the ring yet) – get sized, see what his ideal width is, etc. There are tons of fantastic options out there for wood inlay! Good luck!

Ok so I was so surprised when my fiancé wanted two rings! Yes two! One for everyday at work and one for special occasions etc.

Totally different and he surprised me with his choices! I tell you he keeps me on my toes! Love it!;) lol
