This is our reception venue, The Biltmore in Atlanta. I LOVE IT!! It used to be a hotel, built in 1924 and now a historic landmark. I am so in love and my Fiance who is definitely a guy and doesn’t really get details with decor and planning, was pretty impressed. Our church is Peachtree Christian and goes along with the Biltmore, has the high ceilings and stained glass windows.

To the OP: I love your venues, so pretty!!!

I’m so envious of everyone’s pretty reception sites! My wedding and reception will be at this private property, owned by a friend of Mr. Valhalla’s parents:

Awe shoot – it didn’t work. I’ll try and re-size it an post again later.

I don’t have any great pics of it, because their Web site is flash, but here is one of it back in the day and one more recent. It is a historic landmark theater. We are doing an old hollywood theme…

I’m having the reception at an old movie theatre, too!  These aren’t the best pics, but they are the best I could find online.  It’s the Will Rogers Theatre in Oklahoma, City.

Wow, such beautiful venues!

All images here are taken from the website for the venue. It’s a gastropub right on the banks of the Thames! ๐Ÿ™‚ The images are pretty huge – sorry! ๐Ÿ™

Dmaire- I was just looking at the Glenfoerd Mansion!  I think it is awesome!  I am making my apt soon to go check it out!  If you don’t mind me asking how are the prices and food quaility?  We have been looking around the Bucks/Mont Country areas and some places are just crazy expensive!  I love the idea of having the ceramony outside and photos by the river!  LOVE IT!  Let me know any details you’d like to share ๐Ÿ™‚
