creativeplannertobee:  Lovely!

I love all the “rustic” dresses posted. I’m having mine made for me since traditional dress shopping jus won’t work for me, for a few reasons.

I decided on a tiered skirt, like this:

And the actual material I got for it:

Kellym84:  I’m iffy about a recap.  Believe it or not, there’s a site out there called snarkychickens.com that comprised of these miserable, awful women (some WB members, some not) that take stuff off forums and mock and tear apart everything!  They hate everyone and everything, repost people’s pics, have their own discussions etc.  It’s sick!  I mean it’s the internet, but still.  They’re disgraceful!

Long story short, I’m not super keen on my wedding photos being redistributed by these c**ts for their amusement.  They appear to be obsessed with me and my posts, so I’m sure they can’t WAIT for my recap.  Hell, they’re probably adding this to their thread right now!  Beware of what you post!

BurlapnLace:  Thanks for the heads up! I’ve decided the internet is full of people saying what they want. If people want to be nasty about it, so be it.

Everyone is allowed to like/not like themes/ideas/comments etc. but I still think you can be civil about it ๐Ÿ™‚ Maybe I’ll just send some people some pics instead! haha

General question for all my rustic girls: where does one find a banner like the “love is sweet” and “mr. & mrs.” ones you see?  I’m looking for a sweets themed one for our dessert table, but I know Etsy takes a while to ship and I only have a couple weeks.  I’d rather just go out and buy something.  Michael’s?  Hobby Lobby?  Not sure I’ve ever seen them in stores.

ClaudiaKishi:  I don’t want to make anything lol, I want to buy it.  It doesn’t have to be burlap but that seems to bee what’s out there.  I’m a terrible artist.  If I tried making something, it’d end up on “Pinterest fails”.

BurlapnLace:  well depending on what you want you can buy the materials basically pre-made, you would just need to assemble it (ie glue it together). I’ve seen both burlap and wooden buntings already made at Michaels- you would just need to buy one, and some chipboard letters in the colours you want ( check the scrap booking section), then glue the letters on. If you wanted to be a little fancier you could get a burlap bunting and iron on letters (also sold at Michaels).

blankenshiptobe:  *thumbs up*

I’m actually quite flattered they chose to devote 20 pages to me lol!  I think of people like that and how miserable they must be with themselves and their own lives.

Probably the creepiest post was someone went back to WB to look for a photo of my dress so they could post and discuss.  I mean…it’s just…WHAT!!?

Anyway, keep the positive rustic vibe flowing!!  Don’t want to threadjack about SC’s.  They’re a waste of life.
