I’m waiting for my wedding ring to arrive in the mail and I’m so excited! (Still not sure if I’m going to allow myself to try it on or take pics before the big day.) My e-ring has a very thin (not sure of exact specs) rose gold pavé band and I’m getting a matching band from the same jeweler, plain rose gold instead of pave but otherwise identical. I’ve seen a pic on the jeweler’s site of kind of the combo I’m getting (different e-ring, but similar style and same wedding band), but I’d love to see more pics! Share your rings with thin bands, bonus points if it’s a set!
And please, no negativity about thin band durability or any of that. 🙂
Here’s my ring without my wedding band to get things started.

Mine are not a set, but my gold band is extremely thin. They are purposefully separated in the picture with my e-ring, when they sit flush, you really can’t see the band at all from above, which is, in part, why I chose mixed color metals (so you can see it from the side)

I just picked my wedding band up yesterday!

faina9286 : I lovely super thin band. Mine was pre owned and got it for a bargain.

My wedding band will be the same as the band on my E-ring.

My band is 1.7 mm and I love it. No bending problems (yet) and I think it looks really elegant either with my e-ring or by itself.

legallyblondebride88 : Damnnn girl that engagement ring is INCREDIBLE! Do you ever get blinded when you drive? 😉

My e-ring is 2mm and my wedding band is 1mm! I’ve been wearing my wedding band for 9 months now and have had no issues with it bending or anything like that so far. I love how delicate it is! I figure that if it does bend one day or get messed up, I’ll just use the gold from it to create a new one!
My wedding band isn’t actually brushed anymore like in this picture – the brushed texture kind of wore down after me wearing it every day, so it’s shiny now.

Hiding my ugly nails. I’m planning to get a thin gold wedding band (but cant decide if I should go for yellow gold or rose gold)

My e-ring band is just under 2mm. Each of my wedding bands are about 1.3 mm. They are lower in profile than my e-ring and I think are somewhat protected due to that.

I love thin bands. I think my wedding band is about 1.5mm:

I prefer thin bands. They look much better on my big hands. Mine are both 1.7mm.

Here’s my matching thin pave wedding set. Both are 1.8mm
